食雲吞一定要加美極
好多人都好怕美極的氣味,覺得嗰啲味太搶同好臭,但有啲人,好似我愛人的弟弟,便白飯都要撈美極來食,我公司飯堂就好喜歡整一味叫美極豬扒的東東比大家食,搞到我次次都絕食。我雖然好怕美極豬扒呢樣嘢,不過如果我食我細細個食到大的白菜豬肉雲吞,我就一定要加美極鮮醬油嚟食!今日我又整咗啲雲吞食,我加了好多好多好多薑汁,因為白菜太涼,女仔食唔太好!白菜豬肉雲吞其實好易整,只要加啲麻油,加啲酒,加啲薑汁,加啲胡椒粉,加啲雞粉,加隻蛋黃,再加多啲美極鮮醬油,斤半水餃皮,一斤碎豬肉,同一斤白菜,包到100隻,拌和醃好的碎豬肉,可隨喜好加入冬菜、葱,醃一會等菜出哂水,包埋一齊就得!如果好似我咁怕食皂水的話,就要買上海皮包,白色嗰隻雲吞皮,有圓有方,我多數會買圓形嗰隻!營養師忠告最好不要吃多過15隻!未包時已經加了好多好多美極,但我食嗰時還要加多啲!煮得太多,食唔哂.......有60多隻未煮嘅放在冰格慢慢食,用個大碟排好佢,保鮮紙舖底,唔好癡住排,放入急凍,大概半個鐘到一個鐘就硬曬,放保鮮袋,食足一個禮拜~
