500g Mascarpone
1 can Instant Spray Cream
1 pack (24 pcs) Lady Finger
1 small tank no sugar coffee or latte
Little bit Cocoa or Cinnamon Powder
Mix the Mascarpone with Spray Cream together until the texture is soft and creamy enough.
Line Lady Fingers on the bottom of two thin containers and spray all the coffee or latte on them. You may also add some wine if you want. After that, pour the mixture onto these fingers which are soaked with coffee and then dust with Cocoa or Cinnamon Powder. Finish. One of them kept in freezer. Enjoy !!
