再試吃Little Mermaid 石羔窰燒的提子方包,用Sour dough發包,幾Country,講真無乜特別,是Gimmick 多於一切。
我知有人係Openrice話Little Mermaid啲師夫無戴手套用手指在包包上面'吉洞'好Dirty,不過好多識整包嘅人都知整包包是直接用人手搓的,人的手温可以使包包發得更好,即係日式麵包王中嘅太陽之手,唔用手搓便不是Handmade是用機打的生命麵包了~
